Experience the art-filled 25th street and other nearby hotspots, all within easy reach.

Built in 1893, Madison Place has retained its original design and features, including ten-foot ceilings, period trim and casings, and radiant heating. Your private apartment is no exception, boasting these historic elements alongside modern essentials. The large bay windows in the east-facing living room invite the morning light and Rocky Mountain views, while the sliding door with a transom above allows for airflow between the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Your cozy bedroom features a king-size bed, and the front room includes a pull-out queen-size sofa for extra guests.

Comfort is key at Madison Place, and Apartment 1 is equipped with a new mini split air conditioning system and radiant heating to keep you comfortable year-round. Your private apartment also features a deadbolt lock with personalized coded entry for added security.

When you book at Madison Place, you’ll receive complimentary locally roasted coffee from Wasatch Roasting Company, and a discount at their downtown location when mentioning Madison Place. You’ll have access to the main entry area, lobby, and your private apartment via an individualized code, and an outdoor locker for storing two mountain bikes or ski/snowboard equipment.

Guests can also enjoy in-person and online ordering discounts with Wasatch Roasting Company using the code “Madison Place”. Communication during your stay will be via text, phone, and occasional in-person meetings with the friendly host who is always available to help make your stay at Madison Place a memorable one.

Located at the northeast corner of the Nine Rails Creative District, Madison Place is close to downtown 25th street, Washington Boulevard, and Lester Park. Electric vehicle owners are welcome to charge their vehicles overnight for a small fee, or use the nearby charging stations. Double-pane windows and thick walls provide a barrier to the sounds of the surrounding urban neighborhood.

Madison Place includes a total of 3 private apartments, accommodating larger groups that would like to use more than one of the apartments during their stay. The Smart TV is equipped with Chromecast for streaming and HDMI connectivity, with detailed instructions provided in the manual. Please let us know if you need any help with the setup. There is no basic cable or local broadcast TV available.
