Check-In Instructions

Be sure to install the Airbnb app so that you will receive the smart lock instructions at the time of your check-in. These will come to your messaging center in the app. (if you see truncated texts on your phone, you are missing important information that is located in the message center on the app)

Smart lock instructions: (The smart Lock is the physical lock on the door.

1. Tap anywhere on the ring around the smart lock until the circular touch screen illuminates.
2. Enter the code from your welcome messages. (Usually the last 4 digits of your phone number)
3. Tap the bottom of the smart lock surface. A green unlock icon will illuminate and the door will unlock if entered correctly.  

4. To lock the door, simply close it and push the lock icon again. It is not necessary to enter a code when locking the door.

Your access code will be programmed into the garage door keypad and the smart lock on the front door for the duration of your stay. 

Note: The gate to the front yard remains locked for security reasons. Access the main entrance to the building from the south corridor.

Park in the parking spot behind the building that is designated for your apartment.  To access the main entrance of the building, follow the path south of the building from the parking area. Then use the code from your check-in message to access the coded locks on the front door and on your apartment door.
