Apartment 3 boasts two bedrooms and a living room that doubles as a third. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, while the queen room features a Novaform mattress and three bay windows. Equipped with three new mini split air conditioning systems and radiant heating, you can stay comfortably cool or cozy warm no matter the season.

As a bonus, guests receive a complimentary gift card and a sample of locally roasted coffee from Wasatch Roasting Company, with the added perk of a discount at their downtown location.

In addition to the fantastic amenities, Madison Place is located just across the street from Lester Park, where you can relax and soak up the beautiful scenery. Electric vehicle owners can also take advantage of overnight charging for a small fee. Uber and Lyft are also readily available for transportation.

Looking to accommodate larger groups? No problem! Madison Place includes three private apartments that can be booked individually or together, subject to availability.
