Check-OUT Instructions

Please be sure to check all drawers and under the bed for any personal belongings before you check out at 11:00 AM. Lock up when you leave and send us a quick text to let us know, so we can prepare the property for the next guest. 

– Tidy up

– Take your trash to the bin in the garage

– Please do your dishes (leaving them running in the dishwasher is fine).

– Please do not make the beds if they were used (used towels can be left in the bathtub).

– Please place the trash and recycling in the bins to the North of the property (easy access from the front yard) Recycling: (#1, #2, #4, #5) Please No glass, No #3

– Please do your dishes (you may leave them in the drying rack).

– Please do not make the beds if they were used (used towels can be left in the bathtub).
